Our most common class is the WOD, which stands for Workout of the Day. Each WOD is uniquely composed in terms of what movements, in what order and in which time domain it will be completed. We vary number of repetitions, weight, intervals and much more. Isn’t it wonderful to not have to struggle through the same workout routine day after day? By constantly varying the workouts, we take advantage of our body’s amazing ability to adapt which can lead to great results.
All classes still follows a certain structure to ensure quality in our training. We start every class with a dynamic warm up led by a coach followed by strength/technique in a specific movement or skill and finishing off with a more heart-rate elevating WOD. We also have speciality classes focusing on strength, technique and competition, as well as specific groups for seniors, teenagers and kids.
