CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based on constantly varied functional movements performed under a range of different intensities and time-domains. We execute movements that our bodies are built for; like running, lifting, throwing, jumping, pressing, carrying and more. CrossFit strive to be measurable and we like to test our fitness through different physical skills that involve movements from weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, running, swimming, cycling and much more. At Solid you will always continue learn new skills!
CrossFit is as much a community as it is a training method. We train in groups under supervision of a coach, and to go through physical stresses together with others creates a special kind of community. Solid is a place where like-minded can gather and hang out regardless of background and experience.
