Luta dig bakåt i ett par ringar och dra dig upp mot ringarna. Anpassa hur djupt under ringarna du går för att göra det tyngre. Slappna av i axlarna och dra dig endast upp med skulderblad, rygg och sedan armarna. Håll hela kroppen spänd som en enhet. Ringarna ska ner mot bröstbenet, inte upp mot axlarna.
